The retail giant selected ALP Riyadh to consolidate operations, improve safety and security, accelerate turnover of inventory and stored goods, and dramatically increase fulfillment volume for goods ordered online.
One of Cote d’Ivoire’s leading pharmaceutical wholesalers brought its logistics in-house at the Agility Logistics Park in Abidjan after outsourcing to a 3PL for years. The move gave the company more control and visibility of the medicines and para-pharmaceutical equipment that it stores at the ALP for sale and distribution throughout the country and in neighboring markets.
SIAG, an Ivoirean company known for the high quality of the books, magazines, brochures, calendars and other materials it produces, consolidated printing operations at the Agility Logistics Park – Cote d’Ivoire. The facility offered SIAG a location where it could house and run presses, bindery machines and other printing equipment with the assurance that it would have power, connectivity and a safe, clean working environment for its 30 employees.
Cote d’Ivoire’s largest retailer, CDCI, runs its national distribution operations from the Agility Logistics Park in Abidjan. The operation serves 121 stores in 40 cities and towns across the country. CDCI relocated to move-in-ready warehouse in the ALP as part of its strategy to modernize and streamline its storage and distribution, and upgrade them to international standards. Since moving to the ALP, CDCI has lowered pilferage and theft rates, increased service levels and reduced overall logistics costs.
West Africa’s expanding middle class and growing prosperity have caught the attention of global automakers. Volkswagen is expanding operations in Ghana so it can begin assembly of SKD kits that will allow it to grow sales of vehicles in the region. VW is using ALP Ghana to store kits that will be assembled at its Accra plant. The vehicles will initially be for the Ghana market before VW begins exporting to other markets in West Africa.

The ALP brought Weir’s Ghana operations into compliance with the parent company’s QHSE standards, gave Weir staff new, on-premise offices, and provided modern storage for pumps, valves and other equipment that are critical to Weir’s West Africa customers.
