CDCI – Distribution Center

Cote d’Ivoire’s largest retailer, CDCI, runs its national distribution operations from the Agility Logistics Park in Abidjan. The operation serves 121 stores in 40 cities and towns across the country. CDCI relocated to move-in-ready warehouse in the ALP as part of its strategy to modernize and streamline its storage and distribution, and upgrade them to international standards. The facility puts CDCI’s operations along the northern highway that offers the best access to its network of stores. West Africa’s expanding middle class and growing prosperity have caught the attention of global automakers. Volkswagen is expanding operations in Ghana so it can begin assembly of SKD kits that will allow it to grow sales of vehicles in the region. VW is using ALP Ghana to store kits that will be assembled at its Accra plant. The vehicles will initially be for the Ghana market before VW begins exporting to other markets in West Africa.
