3PL provider Centrepoint Supply Chain Solutions manages the goods of five customers from the Agility Logistics Park – Ghana. Increased storage heights and clearance, customized racking, and CP’s Warehouse Management System allow it to bring efficiency to stock quantity, material movement and inventory planning for an array of goods that includes automotive equipment, electrical and household appliances, sporting goods, pharmaceutical products, energy equipment and cosmetics. The ALP Ghana allows CP to offer multi-national clients international-standard warehousing that meets their compliance requirements.

With the growth of its business in Ghana, Herbalife required a dedicated, temperature-controlled warehouse for storage of its nutrition and dietary products. The development of phase 3 of the Agility Logistics Park – Ghana gave Herbalife the opportunity to secure the space it needed. Agility designed and built a customized warehouse with 9M clear height that enabled the Herbalife team to rack the warehouse and store significantly more volume of its products. The installation of a conveyor system within the warehouse speeds picking and packing and enables Herbalife to quickly and efficiently move goods from one end of the warehouse to the other.

A mega-retailer needed a large, modern warehousing facility with state-of-the-art technology and systems to manage dozens of international fashion, food and consumer brands. This dedicated complex contains air-conditioned warehouses and facilities with advanced design and layout for more storage in less space. IT systems and technology allow for more efficient flow of goods. The complex was developed to include critical infrastructure – road network, electrical and water systems, and network of hydrants, pumps and water tanks for firefighting.

One of the world’s leading technology providers identified Kuwait as a strategic location for its regional power generation business. It turned to Agility Logistics Parks for construction of an 8,000 SQM facility that could handle heavy equipment and offer special-purpose ancillary space. ALP built a facility with modern offices, high-tech systems, parking, a private gate, and a training center.

One of the region’s largest 3PLs worked with ALP on design of a 20,000 SQM built-to-suit facility that houses FMCG products, foods, furniture, cosmetics and other goods. The ALP facility allows the 3PL to serve multiple customers from a single location while maximizing efficiency.

A leader in fast-moving consumer goods brought operations together at a single location in a 45,000 SQM Agility Logistics Park facility designed to cut costs and improve inventory management. High-ceilings, super-flat floors, temperature controls and a world-class safety system allowed the company to boost throughput of pharmaceuticals, foods and other consumer products.

When one of the region’s largest logistics providers decided it needed more efficient warehousing, it worked with Agility Logistics Parks on a new design. The 16,000 SQM built-to-suit structure increased the amount of storage per square meter, minimized the need for handling, and configured racking to expedite movement of goods in and out of the building. At 12 meters, the loading doors on the new facility were twice the height of the doors at the customer’s old warehouse.

Agility Logistics Parks constructed a 16,000 SQM warehouse for a food-and-beverage customer that was worried its old facilities didn’t meet fire and safety requirements or allow it room to grow. The ultra-modern new warehouse was designed with high ceilings, super-flat flooring, a high-powered refrigeration system, advanced fire and safety features, strong Internet connections, office space, and loading doors tailored to the customer’s requirements.
