Agility Logistics Parks built a 70,000 SQM warehouse for one of biggest Kuwait’s multi-brand retailers, which wanted to bring its operations under one roof. The facility, now the operational hub for the company, houses apparel, food products, cosmetics and furniture. It features high-ceiling storage space, a super-flat floor, air conditioning, and special safety components.
One of Kuwait’s top automotive dealers saved money and improved inventory management by consolidating multiple warehouses into a single facility. Agility Logistics Parks provided 130,000 SQM of space where the company could streamline management of its flagship and luxury-brand vehicles. The facility lowered costs for the dealer and put its main storage location closer to the port for inbound shipments, along a major roadway with relatively light traffic.
