CDCI – Distribution Center

Cote d’Ivoire’s largest retailer, CDCI, runs its national distribution operations from the Agility Logistics Park in Abidjan. The operation serves 121 stores in 40 cities and towns across the country. CDCI relocated to move-in-ready warehouse in the ALP as part of its strategy to modernize and streamline its storage and distribution, and upgrade them to international standards. The facility puts CDCI’s operations along the northern highway that offers the best access to its network of stores. Since moving to the ALP, CDCI has lowered pilferage and theft rates, increased service levels and reduced overall logistics costs.
