A mega-retailer needed a large, modern warehousing facility with state-of-the-art technology and systems to manage dozens of international fashion, food and consumer brands. This dedicated complex contains air-conditioned warehouses and facilities with advanced design and layout for more storage in less space. IT systems and technology allow for more efficient flow of goods. The complex was developed to include critical infrastructure – road network, electrical and water systems, and network of hydrants, pumps and water tanks for firefighting.
